Getting in killer shape with a friend!

This partner workout is designed to give you and your buddy a high intensity, fat burning work out – at the same time!

Here’s how it works:

These workouts will have 30 second work intervals followed by 5 seconds of rest/transition intervals.

Partner #1 will do as many reps as they can in the Primary Movement, and Partner #2 will hold the Secondary Movement for as long as they can. So if Amy is Partner #1, she will do as many squat jacks as possible; while she’s doing that, Sarah will be holding a plank for 30 seconds. Then both partners will switch.

Transition Time: 40 seconds

Station #1

Primary Movement: Squat Jacks

Secondary Movement: Weighted Glute Bridge Hold

 

Time: 5 minutes

Repeat: 5x

Transition Time: 50 seconds

Time at End of Station: 10:30

 

Station #2

Primary Movement: Alt. Reverse Lunges

Secondary Movement: Superman Hold

 

Time: 5 minutes

Repeat: 5x

Transition Time: 50 seconds

Time at End of Station: 16:20
